Mobile Consular Service
Cologne, 21–22 February 2026
On 21–22 February 2026, the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Germany plans to provide mobile consular service in of Cologne.
Within the mobile consular service, applications for the renewal of ordinary passports will be accepted.
Citizens wishing to apply are kindly requested to send their first name, last name, father’s name, a copy of their passport, and their phone number by 15.02.2026 to the email address consul_berlin@mission.mfa.gov.az.
