Information of the Press Service Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the losses of Azerbaijani Army during the combat operations that took place on the state border as a result of Armenian military provocations
According to the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 7 servicemen of the Azerbaijani Army were killed and 10 were wounded during the combat operations that took place on the state border as a result of Armenian military provocations on November 16, 2021.
We strongly condemn the continuation of military provocations by the Armenian side on the basis of revanchism. The responsibility for the escalation of the situation in the region and obstruction of the implementation of the trilateral statement lies directly with the military-political leadership of Armenia.
Any threats and military provocations against the territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan within its internationally recognized borders will continue to receive an adequate response.
