Ambassador Ramin Hasanov paid a working visit to the federal state of Saxony-Anhalt

H.E. Mr. Ramin Hasanov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Federal Republic of Germany, paid a working visit to the federal state of Saxony-Anhalt on March 10, 2019.

In the framework of his visit Ambassador Hasanov held bilateral meetings with Dr. Reiner Haseloff, Minister-President of Saxony-Anhalt, Mrs. Gabriele Brakebusch, President of the state parliament (Landtag), and Dr. Lutz Trümper, Lord Mayor of Magdeburg, the capital city of Saxony-Anhalt.

Ambassador Ramin Hasanov provided information about regional and international projects implemented in Azerbaijan, the contribution of our country to the energy security of Europe, as well as recent developments in the country. Ambassador stressed the importance of strengthening mutually beneficial cooperation between Azerbaijan and the federal state of Saxony-Anhalt.

Ambassador Hasanov met with Azerbaijani students studying at the Universities of Saxony-Anhalt.
