Ambassador Ramin Hasanov paid a working visit to the Federal State of Thuringia

In the framework of his visit, Ambassador Hasanov held bilateral meetings with the Minister-President of Thuringia Dr. Bodo Ramelow, President of the Thuringian Landtag Ms. Birgit Diezel and Lord Mayor of Erfurt Mr. Andreas Bausewein.

The relations and the potential of cooperation in the fields like economy, education, and culture between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Federal State of Thuringia were discussed at the meetings.

Ambassador provided information about foreign policy, international cooperation and the contribution of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the energy security of Europe and Germany. He stressed the importance of global projects implemented in the region.
